Abstract

The common complications of hydatidiform mole; hemorrhage and infection decrease in incidence recently due to early diagnosis and evacuation of hydatidiform molar tissue. Embolization of hydatidiform molar tissue to the pulmonary vasculature is
rate but
remains still a life-threatening complication.
We recently experienced one case of pulmonary embolism occured during the management of molar pregnancy to present with a brief review of literature.
